Yes. NxtClutch's core matchmaking features — profiles, LFG, sessions, discovery, reviews, squads — are completely free with no time limit. Pro is purely cosmetic and quality-of-life improvements. We'll never put matchmaking behind a paywall.
Yes. Cancel anytime from inside the app. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
Your profile, reviews, sessions, and all your data stay intact. You'll revert to the Free plan limits — your game count will go back to 3 and Pro cosmetics (theme, frame, banner) will be removed from your visible profile until you resubscribe.
No — the compatibility scoring algorithm is the same for everyone. Pro players appear higher in results when compatibility scores are equal. The matching quality itself is never affected by plan — that would be unfair and we won't do it.
NxtClutch Pro is a digital subscription and all payments are final. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue, contact us at hello@nxtclutch.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it personally.
The ₹149/month price is our launch price. If we ever change pricing, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance and grandfathered at their current rate for a reasonable period.
