By creating an account or using NxtClutch ("the Service", "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These terms apply to all users including free and Pro subscribers.

You must be at least 13 years old to use NxtClutch. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your username must not impersonate another person, brand, or public figure. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate this rule.
You may only create one account. Duplicate accounts created to evade bans, restrictions, or to abuse the referral program will be permanently deleted.

You own the content you post on NxtClutch. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards.
Do not post content that is illegal, obscene, or that infringes on anyone else's intellectual property rights.
Player reviews are community-generated and reflect the opinions of individual users. NxtClutch does not verify the accuracy of reviews. Posting false, malicious, or retaliatory reviews designed to harm another player's reputation is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
NxtClutch offers a one-time referral reward to users who refer new players. When a person you refer signs up using your unique referral link and verifies their email, you receive 1 month of Pro free. This reward applies only to your first successful referral — it does not stack with subsequent referrals.
Abuse of the referral program — including creating fake or duplicate accounts, referring yourself, or any attempt to artificially trigger the reward — is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to revoke rewards and suspend accounts found abusing the program.
Billing: NxtClutch Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play Billing. Pricing is shown in the app and on the Google Play Store listing at the time of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Refunds: All subscription payments are processed by Google Play and subject to Google Play's refund policies. NxtClutch does not process refunds directly. If you believe you were charged in error, you can request a refund through Google Play, or contact us at hello@nxtclutch.com for help.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change the price of Pro. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, in line with Google Play's billing policies.
Payment processing: All payments are processed by Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details. By subscribing, you also agree to Google Play's Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice in severe cases (such as harassment, illegal activity, or referral program abuse).
If your account is suspended and you have an active Pro subscription, your subscription will be cancelled. Refunds for the remaining period, if any, are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
You may delete your own account at any time from within the app settings.
NxtClutch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations. We do not guarantee the accuracy of player profiles, ranks, or reviews posted by users.
NxtClutch is a coordination tool — we are not responsible for the conduct of players you meet through the platform, either inside or outside the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NxtClutch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms as the platform grows. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of NxtClutch after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
